When should you seek independent advice?
Before a purchase
An audit of a property you have spotted: fair pricing, technical condition, cadastral constraints, resale potential. You buy with full clarity.
A second opinion on a valuation
Does a valuation you have received seem too low or too high? I give you a detached second opinion, based on several methods and the real local market.
Inheritance or estate
Several heirs, a shared property, disagreements over its value? I step in as a neutral third party to establish a reference accepted by all, in coordination with the notary.
Separation or divorce
The value of the property must be set fairly between the parties. My role: an impartial, documented analysis that serves as a common basis for discussion for both spouses and their advisors.
Wealth optimisation
Planning a transfer, weighing whether to keep or sell, restructuring a property portfolio. I work alongside your trustee and your notary.
My advisory principles
On an advisory engagement, I have no interest in pushing you towards a transaction: my only client is you. And whenever a property comes from my network (the RISSIM brand), I always tell you so, transparently.

Every engagement results in a written, reasoned and documented report that you can hand to your notary, your bank or your lawyer. No verbal opinion that evaporates.
Your data and your thoughts stay strictly between us. As a USPI-certified property broker, I am bound by a strict code of ethics.
My model, fully transparent
One-off advice is billed by time spent, on a prior quote depending on the complexity of the engagement. No nasty surprises: you know what you pay before committing.
If the engagement leads to a sales mandate, the upfront advice is fully included. It’s my way of committing seriously: I devote the time needed to understand your situation, because I think long-term, not transaction by transaction.
