I will never overvalue your property to win a mandate. I build a solid file before every listing, while staying responsive when the right buyer appears. Based in Coppet, I work across La Côte vaudoise with as much rigour as attentiveness, because a successful sale also depends on understanding what you’re going through.

I analyse the market in depth to offer you a reliable valuation, consistent with today’s reality. My goal is to position your property at the right price, to optimise its value while ensuring optimal selling conditions. What the portals don’t show, I verify before setting a price.
I structure every sale methodically, leaving nothing to chance or improvisation, whether it’s a studio in Nyon or a waterfront villa in Mies. Buyer targeting, market timing, offer management: every decision is deliberate.
Commission on results only. My interest is directly tied to yours: the better your property sells, the more we both gain. It’s the only way to work together.
