You’re advising a client through an estate, a separation or a wealth restructuring. My property expertise complements yours, within your professional rules (see below).

A client is considering selling before or after a renovation or construction project. I can step in at any point in the cycle.

Your clients sometimes need liquidity, to arbitrate a property or reshape their wealth. I can be the trusted property contact.
How it works
A call, an email, a coffee for three. You tell me what you know of their situation, and I take it from there.
With your agreement, I propose an initial conversation. No commitment, no pressure: your name is never used as a sales argument.
You know where the relationship you initiated stands, within the confidentiality owed to your contact.
A significant share of my commission, agreed together upfront, transferred within days of payment. Documented, properly invoiced: nothing under the table.
Clear, well-framed remuneration
A written agreement. Each collaboration is formalised by a referral agreement: the parties, what triggers the payment (the sale actually completed at the notary) and when it is paid. The agreement is signed with Rémi Désert, independent broker certified USPI, partner of the RISSIM brand. Its tax treatment and, where applicable, VAT depend on your status, which we clarify together beforehand.
Regulated professions. Notary, lawyer, trustee or banker: your referral takes place in strict compliance with your ethical obligations and with professional or banking secrecy depending on your status. It is for you to judge what your rules allow and, if necessary, to inform your client or employer. I adapt to your framework, never the other way round.
